Q: Can you make non-standard sizes from my drawing?

Yes. Send PDF, DWG or DXF, or a physical sample. Our engineers review dimensions, material, strength grade and finish within 24 hours, then confirm with a sample before mass production.

Q: Do you provide samples?

Custom items are sampled before mass production. Sample cost is discussed up front and is typically refunded or deducted once you place the order.

Q: What payment and trade terms do you support?

T/T is standard; L/C at sight is available for large orders. Trade terms include FOB Tianjin, CIF, CFR and EXW, and settlement supports USD, EUR, RUB, TRY and other major currencies.

Q: How do you control quality?

We run an ISO 9001 quality system with incoming material inspection, in-process checks and batch test reports before shipment. Third-party inspection is welcome at any stage.

Q: What is your lead time?

Stock items ship in 7-30 days. Custom items take 20-35 days after drawing and sample approval. Large phased projects use staged delivery to match your construction schedule.

Q: What certifications do you hold?

ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety), all covering fastener production.

Q: How is my order packed for sea freight?

Standard export packing is palletized, steel strapped and moisture protected, marked per your BOM. Container loading photos and a packing list are provided with every shipment.

In-house CNC production of tie rods, water stop systems, cones and anchors, to DIN and ISO standards. Non-standard sizes made to your drawing.
